Plastic injection moulding
We design and manufacture low-cost, reusable, silicone moulds which produce a robust, environmentally sealed moulding onto connectors, PCBs, cables and assemblies. The same moulding process can be used as a cost effective alternative to injection moulding for smaller batch quantities or proto-typing.
With an extensive range of automatic mixing and dispensing machinery we have the capacity to encapsulate your production requirements from small batch to high volume.
Injection Moulding
If required we can injection mould components or over mould cable up to 100 grammes shot size on our 2 Manumould injection moulders, using single or multi cavity tooling.
