COIL WINDING

We have been winding fine enamelled wire coils for many years, primarily for our vast magnetic pick-up sensor product range using our own in-house moulded and turned parts. At times, for some customers, they benefit from using our cable assembly service together with our coil winding capabilities in one assembly. Additionally, why not use our encapsulation services- Coils can be varnished, potted in epoxy resin or polyurethane to prevent vibration and to protect against the elements in which they sit.

We also manufacture Air Core Inductance coils (coils with no magnetic core) and Ferrite core coils (magnetic cores). Coils are manufactured to customer spec and tested in line with your requirements. Coil ends prepared with enamel removal and pre-tinned where required. Also, you may have a specific requirement using different insulators such as winding over PTFE.
